Orders received by 12 noon Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12 noon, will be sent the next working day.
In the rare event we are unable to meet these shipment deadlines we will endeavour to deliver your products as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to follow our Delivery Policy but due to the fact deliveries are carried out by a third party we are not in a position to thereafter guarantee delivery times.
Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with our products and service, but if you are in any way dissatisfied you have 14 days from receipt to return your products for a full refund.
Please ensure any items you are returning are in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with ALL TAGS still attached. Please post any returns to us using the Post Office’s Recorded Delivery service as Zuche Boutique cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. Unfortunately Zuche Boutique cannot refund postage costs unless you are returning faulty goods.

Please include a note with your order reference to ensure we can identify your order.
On receipt of your goods we will process a refund via your original payment mechanism and email you to confirm. Please allow 14 days from retuning your goods for your refund to be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse refund should goods not be returned in the required condition (see above).
Faulty Goods
We pride ourselves on providing products of the highest quality. However, sometimes mistakes do happen so if you do receive a faulty product please contact us and we will put it right.
